The vision of the Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations (ÇEKO) is to make continuous development in line with rapid change, to provide competencies and skills, to train professional individuals who are open to economic, social, cultural, environmental and technological developments at national and international levels and who are in line with the expectations of the public and private sectors.
It can be said that the mission of the Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations (ÇEKO) is to provide students with up-to-date and practical education in areas such as working life, social policy, industrial relations and human resources management. It can also be stated that it tries to develop projects aimed at solving social problems and to contribute to the creation of policies that will benefit society by cooperating with the public, private sector and civil society organizations.
